      AlleyCat, I think next time I run an obstacle race like the Warrior Dash I'll try to keep this boy's mistake in mind so as to avoid it.

      BlueGrumpster, he should have gone feet first or at least not head-over-heels. That looks like a potentially serious neck and back injury there.
