Sexual Violence The Law Ignores - Part 1

In San Francisco last week 2 ICE agents tried to arrest an illegal alien. The illegal grabbed one of the ICE agents by the testicles, squeezed, twisted, and tried to pull them off. In response, the other ICE agent grabbed the illegal alien by his testicles and squeezed until the illegal alien let go of the other ICE agent's testicles. Because there are literally no laws against sexually assaulting a male anywhere in the United States that actually involved the sexual organs no one was charged with sexual assault. Even the man who grabbed the federal agent's testicles was not charged with sexual assault. He will not be charged as any sort of violent sex offender. He will not be registered as a violent sex offender. He is being charged with assault, the same charge he would face if he simply slapped the officer in the face and did no harm at all.

If a man touches a woman on the buttocks with his pinky he can be charged with sexual assault. He will be forced to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. But you can do literally anything to the sexual organs of a male and at most you may be charged with a misdemeanor assault. You will not, under any circumstances, be charged with sexual assault because there are no laws that protect male genitals from anything at all. This is why the police throughout the United States are now shooting unarmed, non-violent, non-resisting male citizens in the testicles with every weapon they possess and are not facing any charges or disciplinary actions for doing so even though this is literally exploding the genitals of the male victims, sometimes shattering their pelvis and bladder as well, and destroying their lives.

But no state has any laws against castrating or emasculating a male victim and there are no federal laws that in any way acknowledge sexual violence against males or genital mutilation of males. Rape of a female is a violation of federal law. Mutilation of female genitalia is against federal law. But males? Nothing. No laws and no protection whatever.

All over the internet are endless articles reporting stories of police shooting unarmed men in the testicles for no justifiable reason and castrating the victims. How are there no laws again this? And why are no civil rights organizations speaking out against it or suing? Because there are no organizations that care about males, that's why. There is a massive and powerful women's movement that actively encourages and celebrates sexual violence against males and every politician knows it. But something or someone that would fight against males being randomly castrated or even totally emasculated? No, there's nothing.

Idiots on the internet are no help. If the person shot is apparently on the Left, people on the Right laugh and say "he probably was asking for it." Yeah, he was probably dressed provocatively and was asking for it. He was a whore.  And when its someone on the Right, of which on January 6th the police castrated countless male Republicans, the Left was equally ecstatic and accepting of sexual assault and castration of unarmed male citizens. Here is a man who on January 6th was shot at point blank range by a police officer with one of their many castration guns. The officer missed the genitals and hit his thigh instead. His femur SHATTERED. That's how powerful these guns are. And that is what they are designed to do, to shatter your body.

Yet the Patriot Act allows this. It is classified as "pain compliance" much like if you stab a man and reach inside him and grab his heart in your hand you can cause him so much pain that he can't fight back.  He also might die, but so what? That's pain compliance. Its also assault with a deadly weapon, but they just created a legal loophole for that and call these deadly guns "less than lethal" on the basis that in most instances of you rush the victim to the hospital quickly enough he might not die. This qualification could also apply to a 12-gauge shotgun or a 45 caliber handgun, but they ignore that. It won't be much longer before they just classify all weapons as "less than lethal" since they've gotten away with this and then they'll just be using regular firearms to shoot men in the genitals. Its cheaper than paying for these extra weapons that are designed to shatter the victim's body rather than penetrate it.
